Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Products

Due to the immediate delivery and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been delivered through download or online access, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

3. Duplicate Purchases​

   - If you accidentally purchased the same product twice

   - If a system error resulted in multiple charges

 

Refund Process​

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order number and email address

3. Explain the reason for your refund request

4. Include any relevant error messages or screenshots

5. Cease using the digital product and delete all copies

 

Non-Refundable Situations​

Refunds will not be issued for:

3. Products already downloaded, accessed, or used

5. Similar products available at lower prices elsewhere

 

License Termination

Digital Goods:

Once payment is made you will be prompted to download the item or receive an email for accessing the digital download.

Physical Goods:

Once payment is made your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) including a tracking ID. Delivery will vary based on service selected and postal delivery times. Items are shipped from Florida to you. All shipping fees are non refundable.
